• Support communication with global clients and ensure smooth integrations between gaming platforms.
• Manage game configurations through internal back-office systems, including operator settings, release configurations, and game parameters.
• Maintain accurate configurations across multiple environments.
• Work closely with Developers to troubleshoot and resolve game setup and operational issues.
• Monitor and address integration-related challenges to ensure seamless gaming functionality.
• Contribute to improving technical support processes and overall platform efficiency.
• Work on scheduled shifts

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and external partners
• Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, or gaming platforms would be a plus
• Experience working with backoffice systems, technical support, or operational platforms is considered an advantage
• Technical mindset with interest in troubleshooting and platform integrations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Analytical thinking and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
